Invite you to attend:
Ann Bonner, ODNR DOF Regional Urban Forester will share her love and knowledge of Ohio’s Trees. Participants will learn why trees matter, how they grow and how we can best plant, prune and protect them in our yards and parks.
The gathering will take place on Tuesday June 20th at 9AM in New Lexington at Arethusa Springs Park. We will meet at the large main shelter house.
Tree Commission will provide a background on Tree Commission in our community, followed by Anns presentation, and then we will be taking a guided tour throughout the park by Ann and fellow speaker Jim Slyh with ODA. They will be providing us with wisdom on trees, how to properly maintain and prune trees, and care for them in our yards and parks! Wear your walking shoes.
Hope to see you there! Any Questions contact the Village office 740-342-1633
