SPICE offers one-on-one counseling, business plan development, cash flow projections, government registration assistance, permitting advice, marketing, business startup and expansion planning as well as referrals to qualified business development resource persons and organizations. 

SPICE offers business loans at 5% interest for individuals in the SPICE service area. Loans are for start-up, business capital, or expansion of existing businesses.

SPICE compliments Technical Assistance with classroom instruction to further guide participants through the steps of developing a business plan and ultimately opening a new business. The SPICE business plan outline is an easy way to begin writing your business plan. The outline is comprised of six sections that ask multiple questions. As you answer the questions in this outline, you begin writing your business plan.
