The Southern Perry Incubation Center for Entrepreneurs (SPICE) is a private non-profit located in Perry county, Ohio. Spice was started in 2000 by a group of concerned citizens to help improve the economic conditions in Southern Perry County.
Our main focus of SPICE is to help residents of Perry County start or expand successful micro-enterprises and we have assisted 2281 individuals since inception in 2005.
Our Mission
SPICE's mission is to create economic growth in Perry County by supporting entrepreneurial activities that target and assist low to moderate income individuals. Specifically the SPICE Microenterprise Program helps to create jobs by addressing and eliminating barriers to self sufficiency.
