SPICE has received a grant from the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) 
Microenterprise and Loan Program. This funding provides loans to southern Perry 
County small business entrepreneurs.
 
To be eligible borrowers, individuals must:
   
		• be a resident of Perry County
   	
		• be of low to moderate income
   	
		• use the funds for a new or existing
     	  business in Perry County
   
		• be capable of repaying the loan
   
		• attend business classes
   
		• have a business plan

The loans range from $500 to $5,000, with
a 5% interest rate.
